Cipla’s wholly owned subsidiary - Cipla Medpro South Africa has completed the acquisition of Anmarate, South Africa on April 12, 2017. Earlier, Cipla Medpro South Africa had signed an agreement on March 2017 to acquire 100% stake in Anmarate, South Africa.
Anmarate, incorporated in 1996 in South Africa, is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
