Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) has acquired Margo Networks (Margo). Margo has allotted 40,000 equity shares to the company. Upon such allotment, the company holds 80% equity stake in Margo and consequently Margo has become a subsidiary of the company.
ZEE is one of India’s leading television media and entertainment companies. It is amongst the largest producers and aggregators of Hindi programming in the world.
