Smruthi Organics has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.
On the standalone basis, the company has posted a fall of 34.86% in its net profit at Rs 1.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 2.18 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income has increased by 24.36% at Rs 53.61 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 43.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011
For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has posted a rise of 9.59% in its net profit at Rs 10.63 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 9.70 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has increased by 30.39% at Rs 205.15 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 157.34 crore for the period ended March 31, 2011.
