India Cements gets approval for scheme of amalgamation and arrangement

India Cements has received an approval from National Company Law Tribuna, Chennai Bench for the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Trinetra Cement (first transferor company) and Trishul Concrete Products (second transferor company) with The India Cements (transferee company) and their respectively shareholders. The National Company Law Tribuna, Chennai gave approval for the same vide its order dated April 13, 2017.

India Cements is the largest producer of cement in South India and one of the largest cement manufacturer in the country.
