The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 79.51 valuing the transaction to Rs 68.47 crore. On the other hand, Birla Mutual Fund AC Birla Sun Life Nintyfive Fund has bought 56.72 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 79.50 through open market route.
