Navin Fluorine International has received an approval that the facility relating to manufacture and sale of specialty fluorochemicals set up at Dahej will be transferred to the Joint Venture Company (JVC) ‘Convergence Chemicals’. The board of directors at its meeting held on April 28, 2017 has approved for the same.
Navin Fluorine International is engaged in the chemicals business. The company focuses on fluorine chemistry, producing refrigeration gases, some basic building block fluorides and specialty organofluorines.
