Navin Fluorine International has informed that in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 20th June, 2017 to Friday, 23nd June, 2017 for the purpose of determining the eligibility for final dividend, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Dividend, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid to the eligible members on 4th July, 2017.
