Capital First gains on raising Rs 290 crore via issue of NCDs

Capital First is currently trading at Rs. 768.00, up by 4.65 points or 0.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 763.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 764.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 773.00 and Rs. 764.50 respectively. So far 3028 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 809.00 on 13-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 454.00 on 05-May-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 777.40 and Rs. 753.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7483.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.06%, while institutions and non-institutions held 14.66% and 24.28% respectively.

Capital First has raised Rs 290 crore by issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on May 03, 2017 has approved allotment of 2900 NCDs having Face Value of Rs 10,00,000 each.

Capital First is an MSME and consumer financing company which provides debt financing to these segments and also offers home loans, two wheeler loans and durable loans to entry and mid-level salaried employees of corporates.
