V-Mart Retail reports 10-fold jump in Q4 net profit

V-Mart Retail has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.

The company has reported over 10-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 5.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 0.48 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 41.86% at Rs 252.58 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 178.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.

For the year ended March 31, 2017, the company has reported a rise of 43.07% in its net profit at Rs 39.53 crore as compared to Rs 27.63 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 23.99% at Rs 1004.82 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 810.43 crore for the period ended March 31, 2016.
