HCL Technologies reports 28% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

HCL Technologies has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.

The company has reported a rise of 2.97% in its net profit at Rs 1721.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 1671.51 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.17% at Rs 5345.12 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 4896.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.

For the year ended March 31, 2017, the company has posted a rise of 45.64% in its net profit at Rs 6872.69 crore as compared to Rs 4719.08 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company increased by 40.76% at Rs 20273.64 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 14403.06 crore for the period ended March 31, 2016.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported a jump of 27.68% in its net at Rs 2475.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 1938.66 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY16. Total income of the company increased by 20.67% at Rs 13183.04 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 10925.02 crore for the same quarter ended previous year. 

For the year ended March 31, 2017, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 53.64% in its net profit at Rs 8606.47 crore as compared to Rs 5601.68 crore in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 51.99% at Rs 48640.85 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 32002.07 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
