Hind Rectifiers has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI LODR, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 26th May, 2017 at Mumbai to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders covered under the code from 19th May, 2017 to 28th May, 2017.
