Cloverdell Investment, an affiliate of Warburg Pincus group and Promoter of the Capital First has proposed to sell upto 20 million equity shares held by them in the company. This amounts to around 20% of the shareholding of the company out of their total stake of 61% held in the company.
Capital First is an MSME and consumer financing company which provides debt financing to these segments and also offers home loans, two wheeler loans and durable loans to entry and mid-level salaried employees of corporates.
