SeQuent Scientific has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 3.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to net loss of Rs 0.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income from operations of the company increased by 9.63% at Rs 109.61 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 99.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 10.50 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to net loss of Rs 14.57 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 60.15% at Rs 254.49 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 158.91 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2017, the company posted a net loss of Rs 0.01 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 10.39 crore in FY16. Total income of company decreased by 2.81% at Rs 412.31 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 424.22 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
For the year ended March 31, 2017, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a net loss of Rs 16.39 crore as compared to a net loss of Rs 16.38 crore in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 45.92% at Rs 926.16 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 634.70 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016.
