SMS Pharmaceuticals has further invested an amount of Rs 381.75 lakh in VKT Pharma by subscribing 1,69,665 equity shares, face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 225 per share, including premium of Rs 215 per share, which have been allotted to the company on May 23, 2017. After considering this present acquisition, the total holding of the company is 42.62% in the total paid-up share capital of VKT Pharma.
