Adi Finechem jumps on plans to issue bonus shares

Adi Finechem is currently trading at Rs. 76.25, up by 2.25 points or 3.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 74.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 76.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 77.80 and Rs. 73.10 respectively. So far 6338 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 78.90 on 23-May-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 38.50 on 13-Jun-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 78.90 and Rs. 69.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 71.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.87% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.90% and 36.23% respectively.  

Adi Finechem has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2012,have recommended issue of Bonus shares in ratio of 1:5 (i.e. 1 share for every 5 share held) subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting of the Company.
