V-Mart Retail has opened a new store in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The store is a fashion store. With this the tally of Jammu & Kashmir is 1 composite and 2 fashion stores. This takes the total number of stores to 144 stores in 123 cities across 14 states, with 37 composite stores & 107 fashion stores with a total area of around 12.24 lakh square feet.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities. The company primarily operates in Tier-II and Tier-III cities, with a chain of ‘value retail’ departmental stores offering apparels, general merchandise and kirana, catering to the entire family.
