Fortune Financial Services (India) has received its board's approval for raising of equity capital up to Rs 400 crore, through private placement, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof. The Board has decided to increase the authorized capital of the Company to Rs 100 crore divided in to 10,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each subject to members approval by altering the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
