Credit rating agency ICRA has upgraded rating of TV18 Broadcast’s long term bank facilities to ‘AAA’ from ‘AA+’ earlier. The rating agency has reaffirmed ‘A1+’ rating to the company’s short term bank facilities. Further, the rating agency has reaffirmed ‘A1+’ rating to the company’s Commercial Paper Programme worth Rs 400 crore.
TV18 Broadcast formerly IBN18 Broadcast owns and operates one of India’s leading 24-hour English language news and current affairs channel, CNN IBN.
