Piramal Enterprises gains with arm investing Rs 565 crore in two auto component makers

Piramal Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2745.00, up by 28.25 points or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 2716.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2745.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2779.40 and Rs. 2736.20 respectively. So far 17,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2941.90 on 15-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1321.85 on 21-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2779.40 and Rs. 2582.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 47,368.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.15% and 17.43% respectively.

Piramal Finance, 100% subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises is investing Rs 565 crore in two auto component makers. The company has invested Rs 275 crore in RSB Group and Rs 290 crore in Indoshell Mould. The investments were made through the Corporate Finance Group (CFG), erstwhile Structured Finance Group, of Piramal Finance.
