Physical Rubber prices end lower on Monday

Physical Rubber prices ended lower on Monday, following sharp declines in the global markets. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 121/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 125/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety weakened to Rs 119/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 123/ kg.

In the futures market, June delivery fell to Rs 117.79 compared to its previous closing of Rs 120.44, while July delivery closed at Rs 119.93 compared to its previous close of Rs 123.34 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
