KRBL has been awarded the Golden Trophy by APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, for outstanding export performance for the year 2015-16. The award was presented to the company at the 22nd Annual APEDA Award Function held on June 12, 2017, at New Delhi.
With over a 120-year heritage and an existence since 1889, KRBL is the world’s largest rice millers and Basmati rice exporters with a comprehensive product chain. KRBL exports basmati rice to 73 countries in the world and has a capacity of producing 195 MT of rice per hour.
