Unijolly Investments Company has informed that the existing Statutory Auditors of the Company, C K S Associates, who were appointed for a period of 5 years at the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting subject to ratification by the members at every Annual General Meeting, have submitted their unwillingness to continue as the Statutory Auditors from 13th June, 2017. The Board of Directors thereafter recommended the appointment of G. Nagendra Sundaram & Co (FRN 005355S), Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as Auditors of the Company vide circular resolution passed by the Board of Directors dated 13th June, 2017. M/s G. Nagendra Sundaram & Co has confirmed their eligibility and willingness to accept the appointment, if approved by the shareholders.
