Mindteck (India) has informed that the Company shall hold its Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting for the year ended 2016-17 on Friday, August 11, 2017 in Bengaluru. In this connection, the Registers of Members and Share Transfer shall remain closed from Saturday, August 05, 2017 to Friday, August 11, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend. The dividend, if approved by the members shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on August 04, 2017(Record Date). The Company has arranged remote e-voting platform for shareholders pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
