Physical Rubber prices showed some improvement on Wednesday on account of covering purchases at lower levels. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety closed unchanged at Rs 121/kg; while the RSS-5 variety jumped to 119/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 118/kg.
In the futures market, June delivery improved to Rs 120.75 compared to its previous closing of Rs 118.25, while July delivery closed at Rs 125.83 compared to its previous close of Rs 123.02 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
