Physical Rubber prices witness some improvement on Thursday

Physical Rubber prices witnessed some improvement on Thursday on account of covering purchases at lower levels. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety jumped to 122/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 121/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 119/kg.

In the futures market, June delivery inched down to Rs 120.25 compared to its previous closing of Rs 120.75, while July delivery closed at Rs 124.93 compared to its previous close of Rs 125.83 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
