Alexander Stamps and Coins has finalized Investment Banker: DGWA of Germany www.dgwa.org for dual listing of Alexander Stamps and Coins in Germany on Detusche Boerse. A listing partner has been shortlisted and finalized by the board for the same purpose and company shall in near future go ahead with regulatory compliance and formalities to get it listed in Germany. After this the Listing board will go for initial public offerings (IPO) in Europe.

Hereby, it is also been acknowledge that the primary listing of Alexander Stamps and Coins shall continue to remain on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
