NOCIL has informed about the Company’s earlier letter dated 5th June 2017, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Company had provided the information regarding the record date and the book closure dates for the 55th Annual General Meeting to be held on 27th July 2017 and payment of Dividend, if declared at the AGM. However, the Company has informed that the book closure beginning date as Thursday, 20th July, 2017. Instead, the same should be read as beginning from Friday, 21st July 2017. The revised book closure dates would be from Friday, 21st July 2017 to Thursday, 27th July, 2017.
