Ace Integrated Solutions to hit capital markets IPO to raise upto Rs 7.20 crore

Ace Integrated Solutions is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 18,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a fixed price of Rs 40 per equity share. The issue will open on June 29, 2017 and will close on July 05, 2017. The shares will be listed on NSE Emerge Platform.

The company will use the issue proceeds for meeting working capital requirement, general corporate purpose and meeting issue expenses.

The book running lead managers to the issue is D&A Financial Services, while the compliance officer for the issue is Ranjeet Singh.
