Further, Register of Members and share transfer Book shall remain closed from 23rd August, 2017 to 25th August, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Record date for the purpose of payment of dividend to the eligible shareholder would be 11th August, 2017. The dividend shall be payable on and from 28th August, 2017. Also, the Company has fixed the cut-off date as 18th August, 2017 for the purpose of remote e-voting for Annual General Meeting.
