Saksoft has received an approval to acquire the balance 24% of equity stake in Threesixty Logica Testing Service (360 logica) for amount not exceeding Rs 700 lakhs. With this, 360 logica will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 30, 2017, has approved for the same.
