Saksoft gets nod to acquire 24% stake in Threesixty Logica

Saksoft has received an approval to acquire the balance 24% of equity stake in Threesixty Logica Testing Service (360 logica) for amount not exceeding Rs 700 lakhs. With this, 360 logica will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 30, 2017, has approved for the same.

Saksoft offers the complete stack of services in the Information Management / Business Intelligence area from Consulting, building Data-warehouse and providing Analytics solution.
