Saksoft has completed the acquisition of balance 24% of equity stake in Threesixty Logica Testing Service (360 logica). Consequently, 360 logica has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Recently, the company had received an approval to acquire the balance 24% of equity stake in 360 logica for amount not exceeding Rs 700 lakh. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 30, 2017, had approved for the same.

Saksoft offers the complete stack of services in the Information Management / Business Intelligence area from Consulting, building Data-warehouse and providing Analytics solution.
