The Company has fixed Friday, 21st July, 2017 as the Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2016-2017. The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared by the Members at the Twenty-ninth Annual General Meeting, will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched on or before 31st July, 2017.
