Havells India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 19th July, 2017, Wednesday, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017. In this connection, kindly note that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from 12th July, 2017, Wednesday to 21st July, 2017, Friday.
