RCF rises on issuing commercial paper worth Rs 120 crore

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) is currently trading at Rs. 78.70, up by 0.55 points or 0.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 78.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 78.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 78.75 and Rs. 78.10 respectively. So far 57,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 99.75 on 15-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.50 on 09-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 79.25 and Rs. 74.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4,341.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 80.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.45% and 12.55% respectively.

RCF has issued Commercial Paper for Rs 120 crore on July 5, 2017, in favour of ICICI Bank, having maturity date as September 29, 2017. This step has been taken in terms of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
