Balmer Lawrie Investments has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27th July, 2017 to fix the date of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company and date for Closure of Register of Members/ cut-off date for the purpose of distribution of dividend for Financial Year 2016-17 if declared at the said Annual General Meeting. Further in terms of the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 10 days prior to the Board meeting (i.e. from 17th July, 2017) till 48 hours after information is disseminated.
