Equitas Holdings has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Company has, on July 6, 2017, approved allotment of 200,580 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options vide Resolution by Circulation dated July 5, 2017. The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities. The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs 3,382,437,980 to Rs 3,384,4,43,780. The new equity shares issued shall rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
