Inox Wind has informed that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated in respect of the Company under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) by an order of National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, in the matter of Jeena & Co. vs Inox Wind with effect from 5th July, 2017. The Company has already filed an appeal before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on 13th July, 2017.
