Bayer CropScience has informed that the Buyback Committee (constituted by the Board of Directors on June 06, 2017), at its meeting held on July 21, 2017 has approved Tuesday, August 08, 2017 to be the Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of not exceeding 1,020,408 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each from all the existing shareholders/beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company for a price of Rs 4,900 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of Rs 4,999,999,200.
