Shyam Telecom has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 29 (1) and read with Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Board Meeting of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Friday, 4th August, 2017, to consider, approve and take on records the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the trading window shall remain closed from August 2, 2017 to August 6, 2017.
