Reliance Capital’s arm reports significant growth in AUM in Q1FY18

Reliance Capital’s subsidiary, Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management (RNAM), has reported financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017. The company’s profit after tax stood at Rs 103 crore ($15.8 million)-Y-o-Y- increase of 27%, while total income stood at Rs 378 crore ($58.1 million)-Y-o-Y increase of 23%. The company’s assets grew by 24% Y-o-Y with Assets under Management (AUM) of Rs 3,62,550 crore ($55.7 billion) as on June 30, 2017 and Mutual Fund Quarterly Average AUM for the quarter stood at Rs 2,22,964 crore ($34.3 billion) - up 34%.
