Ambuja Cement has reported results for second quarter ended June 30, 2017.
The company has reported around 13.21% fall in its net profit at Rs 392.23 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 451.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total revenue of the company increased 8% at Rs 3316.21 crore for Q2 as compared to Rs 3070.57 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidate basis, the company has reported 11.86% rise in its net profit at Rs 718.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 as compared to Rs 642.11 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. Total consolidated total revenue of the company increased by 15.68% at Rs 7285.52 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 6297.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
