Metal Coatings India’s promoter group - Khandelwal Galva Strips, has acquired 49,700 equity shares of the company through open market purchase on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 28, 2017. After the said purchase, the shareholding of Khandelwal Galva Strips in the company increased from 14,64.200 (19.98%) equity shares to 15,13,900 (20.66%) equity shares.

Metal Coatings (India) is engaged in the manufacture and sale of different types of steel coils and strips.
