Persistent Systems’ arm concludes acquisition of PARX

Persistent Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary in Germany namely, Persistent Systems Germany GmbH has completed the acquisition of PARX Werk AG, Switzerland (PARX) on July 31, 2017.

Earlier, Persistent Systems Germany GmbH had entered into an agreement with PARX on July 21, 2017 to acquire PARX, a Salesforce Certified Platinum Partner in DACH region. The acquisition was subject to customary closing conditions which were expected to get completed within 3-4 weeks.

Persistent Systems is a global company specializing in software product and technology services. Persistent develops best-in-class solutions in key next-generation technology areas including Analytics, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Mobility and Social, for the telecommunications, life sciences, healthcare and banking & financial services verticals.
