Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 8, 2017, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. Further, as per Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
