Majesco has entered into a deed of assignment on August 1, 2017 for assignment of all its rights, title and interest in relation to the property located at Pune, Maharashtra in favor of one Messrs. A.P. Estates LLP for a total consideration of Rs 15.55 crore. The said transaction has been completed on August 1, 2017.

Majesco enables insurance business transformation for approximately 150 insurance customers by providing solutions which include software, consulting and services.
