BASF India has inaugurated a pharma technical lab ‘BASF Pharma Solutions Lab’ at its innovation campus at Navi Mumbai in state of Maharashtra. This facility will cater to the fast-growing pharma market in South Asia, especially generic drug manufacturing, which accounts for more than 70 percent of the sector in India.
BASF India is a chemical manufacturing company. It operates in the business segments of agricultural solutions, performance products, plastics businesses and chemicals. The agricultural solutions include insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and specialties. BASF India operates as a subsidiary of BASF SE.
