LLP, Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No. 101248W/W- 100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of 40th AGM until the conclusion of 45th AGM, subject to ratification by Members at each AGM, in place of retiring Statutory Auditors Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 301056E).
