VIP Industries has received an approval for investment of Rs 25 crore in the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) companies to be incorporated in Bangladesh for carrying on activities of manufacturing and marketing of luggage, bags and other products. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 3, 2017 has approved or the same.

VIP Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of hard luggages and soft luggages. The company operates through two segments - Luggage, Bags & Accessories, and Furniture.
