Gujarat Fluorochemicals has issued security to Axis Finance (Lender) for providing of loan to its step-down Subsidiary Inox Wind Infrastructure Services (IWISL).
Security is provided by the company for loan of Rs 104 crore given by Axis Finance (Lender) to Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, step-down Subsidiary of the company to be used for its principal business activities at the interest rate of 8.50% per annum. Rs 50 crore and Rs 54 crore repayable at the end of 12 months and 36 months, respectively from the date of first disbursement.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing of chloro-fluorocarbon refrigerant gases and hydrous hydrofluoric acid.
