Dabur India has informed that the remuneration cum compensation committee has allotted 6,77,829 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each to eligible employees of the company who exercised their stock options under the Dabur employee stock option scheme, 2000. These shares are pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects.
Further, paid up share capital of the company increased to Rs. 174,27,78,683 dividend into 174,27,78,683 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each.
